ABN AMRO zoekt een klantgerichte servicedeskmedewerker om particuliere klanten te ondersteunen bij dagelijkse bankzaken. Je helpt bij openen van betaalrekeningen, legt internetbankieren uit en lost vragen op met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
In een hybride werkomgeving werk je deels op kantoor en deels thuis na inwerkperiode. Vereist mbo-4 diploma, vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels, met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice.
