Bambelo recherche un(e) agent d’assistance clientèle parlant français pour notre bureau de Breda, aux Pays-Bas. Le poste est à temps partiel en astreinte (12–20 h/semaine) et prévu en jours ouvrés, sans soirées ni week-ends, avec formation sur site.
Vous contacterez primarily les clients par téléphone, poserez les bonnes questions et enregistrerez précisément les informations dans notre CRM. Aucune expérience préalable n’est nécessaire : nous enseignons tout, l’essentiel est d’aimer le contact
