Support Specialist

Overview  As a Support Specialist, you are the main point of contact for technical questions from across Europe. In this role you combine technical expertise with customer interaction and ensure that equipment continues to function optimally. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, technical knowledge, and language skills.
Responsibilities   Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, engineers, and distributors across Europe, providing support via phone and email.
Ensure equipment operates optimally, both within and outside the warranty period.
Assist with repairs, maintenance, modifications, and testing of equipment, in the workshop and on-site at customer locations in the Netherlands.
Handle returns processing, manage related administration, and arrange procurement of necessary materials and tools.

Qualifications   MBO level of working and thinking in a technical field
Technical knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, or refrigeration technology
Strong communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Good command of English (native English speakers are welcome; German with English as a second language is also acceptable)

Experience with Microsoft Office
