They have a great opportunity for an MEP Engineer to join their team. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who wants to develop within complex, large-scale construction and engineering projects.

This role sits within the Engineering/Projects team and focuses on the design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across the full project lifecycle - from design through construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Coordinate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing across warehouse construction projects

Review and validate technical designs, drawings, and contractor submissions

Support construction phase activities including site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and quality control

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery

Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and support commissioning and handover of MEP systems

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Experience in industrial or warehouse construction projects preferred

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire safety

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong coordination skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
