Function Description
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you’ll be a catalyst for change, driving process and quality improvements across our organization.

Your role is diverse and impactful, encompassing:

Applying Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Structured Problem Solving Methods to enhance process capability and eliminate complex defects.

Providing analysis and feedback to senior management on project activities, improvements, and savings.

Leading cross-functional teams in driving breakthrough improvements.

Transferring best practices, Six Sigma techniques, procedures, and tools to cross-functional teams.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s degree in a Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.

Experience in quality methods and tools such as 6 Sigma, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen, FMEA, and Ishikawa diagrams.

Understanding of structured product development processes.

Ability to learn and utilize new processes and techniques to solve complex technical issues.

A continuous growth mindset, both personally and professionally, with a strong results orientation.

Proficiency in English, both oral and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
