System Engineer

Overview

As a System Engineer here, you are part of the ICT Projects & Services team. You provide complete network management for new and existing customers and you install and migrate networks. From installation to periodic management, the customer’s network is your challenge and responsibility, from operating systems, security and communication to documentation. In our eyes, IT is more than just technology, you enter into discussions with the customer, advise and think proactively to ensure that the customer’s IT environment performs optimally.

Our ultramodern office is located on the new business park of Breda, namely the Rithmeesterpark. Our building is located right next to the A16, so it is ideally accessible. You will:
Your responsibilities include installing, migrating, and managing networks, handling operating systems, security and communication, documenting the network, engaging in discussions with the customer, and proactively ensuring optimal performance of the client’s IT environment.

You have the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant and demonstrable ICT work experience
• Analytical working/thinking skills
• Experience with Office
  365 products and services
• Exchange 2016/2019 knowledge
• Windows Server OS 2016/2019/2022 knowledge
• Remote Desktop services experience
• Ivanti Workspace experience
• VMware Vsphere Hypervisor knowledge
• Veeam Backup Software experience
• MBO+/HBO academic level
• All‑round experience as a System Engineer
• Prepared to take on new challenges daily and further develop professional skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Continuous updating of knowledge through training and study
• Positive and solution‑oriented mindset
