Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GMP Facilities Engineer to support utility and facility systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment in Breda. The role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring compliance of critical mechanical systems and utilities.

Responsibilities

Act as system owner for mechanical utility systems and ensure operational reliability.

Manage and support systems including Chillers, HVAC, and compressed air utilities.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities within GMP environments.

Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure GMP compliance.

Participate in the 24/7 on-call duty rotation for maintenance support activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.

Experience with in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing environments.

Strong experience with Chillers (mandatory).

Knowledge of HVAC and utility systems.

Experience with in GMP-regulated environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English communication skills;
Dutch is preferred.

Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.
