Junior Consultant CM&E (m/f/d)

As a Junior Consultant CM&E at Groenewout, a member of EPG, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and construction of logistics buildings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting analyses, gathering data, and preparing reports that contribute to the development of logistics concepts and layouts.
• Collaborating with logistics and technical design teams to create architectural layouts and proposals, ensuring routing, installations, and building layouts align with logistics processes.
• Assisting in the design of distribution centers by collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports that aid in the development of logistics concepts and layouts.
• Translating logistics concepts into architectural designs, ensuring alignment with logistics processes.
• Maintaining a structured archive of drawings, permits, reports, schedules, and contract documents.
• Supporting the preparation of technical specifications and tender documents.
• Preparing and maintaining minutes of project meetings, noting, distributing, and following up on action points within the architectural team.
• Identifying risks or bottlenecks in the design or construction process, proposing alternatives or improvements, and reporting back to the senior consultant.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Installation Technology (E-W-S), or a related field.
• Have experience working with a developer, large contractor, or architectural firm.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
• Display analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
