Lead Engineer Electrical

Responsibilities   Lead and manage the engineering team for power distribution projects.
Oversee the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of systems like medium- and low-voltage switch gear, transformers, and busbar systems.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
Ensure all designs align functionally and are delivered on time and within budget.
Support project execution through frequent site visits and factory tests.
Qualifications   A completed BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 7 years of experience as a (Lead) Engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
In-depth knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switch gear, transformers, and standards such as IEC 61439.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and manage teams.
Flexibility to travel for short business trips.
