About the Role  We are seeking a  Production Support Engineer  to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity, and performance of production equipment through preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support safe and efficient GMP-compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities   Execute  preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance  activities on production equipment within GMP and non-GMP areas.
Perform first-line failure remediation and support rapid resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Support planned maintenance shutdowns and prepare maintenance interventions.
Conduct  inspection, calibration, and documentation activities  according to established procedures and compliance requirements.
Partner with Manufacturing and Quality teams to prioritize maintenance activities and solve technical challenges.
Manage and administer spare parts inventory in collaboration with Maintenance and Reliability Engineering.
Contribute to  continuous improvement initiatives  by identifying opportunities for equipment and process optimization.
Support validation activities and execute maintenance-related validation protocols.
Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, job plans, and engineering procedures.
Provide technical guidance and training to production operators where required.
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with GMP standards and internal guidelines.
Who We're Looking For   degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience within  maintenance engineering, facility engineering, or a similar technical environment .
Preferably 1+ years of experience within  GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, isotope manufacturing, or comparable industries .
Strong understanding of maintenance engineering, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis.
Experience working with a  Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) .
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety.
Ability to work in a structured environment following protocols, procedures, and engineering standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
