Installation Engineer

As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, installation, and commissioning of innovative mechatronic systems and robotic solutions used in laboratory automation. Based in the Breda region, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and projects, enabling you to successfully install and support systems both nationally and internationally.
In this role, you will regularly travel to customer sites and serve as the technical point of contact during installations and commissioning activities. Thanks to your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the reliable performance of the systems and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities   Assemble products and automated systems.
Provide technical support for installed systems and equipment.
Install and commission projects both in-house and at customer locations.
Plan and coordinate the build-up and deployment of systems.
Prepare and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Collaborate closely with various internal departments.
Follow up on action items after installation and project handover.
Support technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For  We are looking for an enthusiastic and travel-minded engineer with a practical, hands-on attitude and a passion for technology.
Your Profile   MBO/HBO level education (or equivalent), preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to work.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong technical interest and a desire for continuous personal development.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver's license (Category

B).
Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.

Experience with robotics, motion control, or industrial automation is considered an advantage.
Affinity with software and hardware integration is a plus.
