Senior Clinical Supply Chain Planner

As you are responsible for managing demand and supply planning for clinical studies, ensuring the timely delivery of clinical supplies across the entire study lifecycle—from initiation to closure. In this role, you will drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and proactively resolve logistical challenges to support successful study execution.

• Manage demand and supply planning for clinical studies (fewer than 10).
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping based on forecasts.
• Monitor inventory to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with study managers and supply chain teams.
• Lead forecasting discussions and update planning systems.
• Ensure supply readiness for study initiations.
• Identify and resolve logistical risks; elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain systems (SAP, forecasting tools, dashboards).
• Support process improvements and GMP compliance.

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical supply chain and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
