As a Global Study Planner within the Support Office, you play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted supply to clinical trial sites. You will monitor inventory across central depots and hospitals, coordinate labelling activities, support quality release and shipments, and execute operational tasks that keep clinical studies running smoothly. The Support Office forms the backbone of the department.

• Convert purchase orders to global labelling sites and follow up on quality release & shipment
• Initiate and coordinate product destruction
• Run global reports to support Study Planners
• Track and report key metrics to management
• Provide labelling solutions for hospital sites
• Reverse material set-ups and ensure system data accuracy

• Experience in clinical supply chain (must), pharma logistics, or GMP/GDP environments
• Knowledge of ERP and inventory systems
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
