Changes GGZ in Breda zoekt een sociotherapeut voor de dagbehandeling. Je werkt met cliënten met eetstoornis en/of verslaving en draagt bij aan herstel in een warm, betrokken team.
Je werkt zelfstandig aan behandelplannen en begeleidt groepssessies terwijl je continuïteit en veiligheid waarborgt voor de cliënten. Je HBO-opleiding Social Work of GGZ-Agoog-registratie is vereist en ervaring in de specialistische GGZ strekt tot aanbeveling.
