Role DescriptionThey are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to support warehouse capacity planning and visibility. This role involves managing data, developing dashboards, and ensuring accurate supply chain insights to optimize storage and logistics operations across multiple sites.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and automated reports to provide clear visibility of warehouse capacity across sites, storage types, and planning horizons.
- Execute initiatives from the Warehouse Capacity Roadmap, delivering analytical outputs, dashboards, and reports on time.
- Transform roadmap goals and governance requirements into clear analysis using appropriate tools and templates.
- Support planning and governance meetings by preparing dashboard updates, refreshes, and supporting analyses.
- Monitor dashboard outputs to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging capacity risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with site SMEs, planning teams, and system owners to ensure timely and accurate input for dashboards and reports.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP, especially in Plan-to-Stock, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA tools.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar industries.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience working in an international complex organization.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and Databricks.
This is a full-time position, with an expectation of one day per week on-site.
