Zoek jij een sleutelrol in het vormgeven van het anti-witwasbeleid bij een mensgerichte bank? Als Expert AMLR Beleid, Procedures Governance bij Argenta til jij het compliance-kader naar een hoger en auditproof niveau. In de functie van Expert AMLR Beleid, Procedures Governance geef jij leiding aan de transformatie naar de nieuwste Europese en nationale wetgeving. Jij vertaalt complexe eisen op het gebied van AMLR, Wwft en Sanctiewetgeving rechtstreeks naar een toekomstbestendig beheers- en controlekader.
Jouw kerntaken:
- Uitvoeren van diepgaande gap- en impactanalyses op nieuwe regelgeving.
- Ontwerpen, vernieuwen en implementeren van AML-beleid en heldere werkinstructies.
- Inrichten van robuuste governance- en controlekaders.
- Vertalen van wettelijke vereisten naar efficiënte bedrijfsprocessen.
- Begeleiden van toezichthouders, inspecties en auditonderzoeken bij Argenta.
