Role Description

The Supply Chain Analystrole focuses on optimizing warehouse capacity planning through data analytics, dashboards, and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate warehouse data, identifying capacity risks, and supporting strategic planning cycles. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across sites and functions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and validate warehouse capacity data including storage types, pallet configurations, and constraints.
  • Perform recurring capacity analysis to identify risks, inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and automated reporting tools.
  • Support planning cycles and governance forums with data-driven insights.
  • Execute initiatives from the Warehouse Capacity Roadmap and meet defined milestones.
  • Translate business priorities into clear analytical deliverables using standardized tools.
  • Monitor dashboards to identify data gaps and elevate risks where required.
  • Collaborate with site experts, planning teams, and system owners to ensure data accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • SAP knowledge including inventory management and capacity planning.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, or RCA methodologies.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of end to end supply chain processes.
  • Experience working in international and complex environments.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Power BI.
Other Information

Hybrid working model with 1 day per week on site.
