Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Supply Chain Associate to join the team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products to clinical sites around the world, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Manage sales orders and stock transfer order processes
- Review and monitor temperature data and handle temperature excursions
- Control site and transit temperature deviations, including returns and reconciliation
- Support expiry relabeling activities and oversee import license processes
- Handle and resolve distribution complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliant and timely delivery of investigational products to clinical sites
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain teams, QA, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and track key performance indicators
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical supplies
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and automated business systems
- Global role with collaboration across multiple teams and regions
- Strong focus on compliance, documentation, and quality standards
