As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export (Level
3), you will coordinate the end-to-end movement of pharmaceutical products across global markets. You will manage customer orders, import/export documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Manage end-to-end customer orders and global import/export shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation and monitor deliveries.
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Coordinate product returns and support cross‑functional supply chain projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards and company procedures.
• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to KPI reporting.

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export, or Customer Service, or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with in a GMP/GDP-regulated industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of international logistics, import/export operations, and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
