SodaStream: Logistics Coordinator Benelux

Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and executing logistics activities for the Benelux region. The Logistics Coordinator will manage warehouse operations with our 3PL, coordinate freight activities in and outbound, ensure smooth supply chain operations across the region to drive market growth. This position requires a proactive, digitally savvy professional who can challenge existing processes to optimize logistics performance and drive operational excellence.

Warehouse & 3PL Coordination

• Coordinate warehouse and inbound/outbound freight activities with the main 3PL provider for the Benelux
• Monitor and control that 3PL warehouse transactions are accurately reflected inour ERP system.
• Monitor and manage cylinder movements internal and externally, including returns from customers.
• Coordinate re-work activities with external suppliers
• Monitor stock counts and inventory management activities

Transportation & Freight Management

• Coordinate inbound truck and container shipments to Benelux warehouse
• Work closely with contracted freight forwarders on daily operations
• Manage booking of outbound transport and coordination of returns
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements

Digital Systems & Data Management

• Utilize our systems for daily logistics operations, transaction processing, and reporting
• Leverage digital tools to monitor inventory levels and shipment status, and automate manual processes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all logistics systems
• Generate and analyze logistics reports to identify improvement opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Business partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to align logistics operations with business needs, and to flag risks in return.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to foresee and manage risks.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
• Support resolution of quality complaints and customer issues

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Track and report on key logistics metrics and performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 yearsof relevant working experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English(written and spoken);
  Dutch is considered a strong plus
• Advanced level of excel skills, and strong digital aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Preferred

• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of PowerBI dashboarding.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and managing external logistics partners
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Understanding of FMCG industry logistics
