Associate Warehouse Operator

Our client is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization operating in a highly regulated, safety- and quality-driven environment.

As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you will work hands-on in pharmaceutical production, operating manual and automated production lines while following GMP and standard work procedures. You will be part of a flexible shift team contributing to safe, high-quality manufacturing.

• Operate production lines according to SOPs and GMP standards
• Collaborate with operators and line leads to meet daily targets
• Participate in shift handovers and escalation when required
• Ensure accurate documentation and training compliance
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Take ownership of safety, quality, and performance

• 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work in 2-shift (or 3-shift) schedules
• Basic understanding of GMP / standard work
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
• Pharma or cleanroom experience
• Experience with automated production lines
• MBO level 2 background
