Production Line Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our client's production team. This role involves operating and maintaining production lines within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, ensuring that all processes adhere to strict GMP standards. The technician will collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

• Operate production lines in accordance with detailed operating procedures, ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and line leads to achieve daily production targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Escalate issues or deviations promptly to the line lead, maintaining clear and factual reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Participate actively in shift handovers and ensure proper documentation of tasks and results.
• Follow all training requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of production processes.

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and productivity principles.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal, reading, writing).
• Able to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work in different shift patterns as needed.
