Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to lead the creation and enhancement of new snack products, including options made from cheese, chicken, and meat alternatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape exciting product ranges by translating market trends and technological advancements into innovative offerings that align with industry standards and certifications.
Responsibilities- Research and propose new product ideas based on international trends.
- Independently manage innovation projects from initial concept through to product launch.
- Present project ideas and developments convincingly both internally and to external partners.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to develop new products and innovations.
- Develop new recipes and refine existing ones to improve taste, quality, and processing.
- Optimize current production processes and methods.
- Coordinate product development activities in partnership with production, sales,
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product development within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food science is essential; experience with cheese and chicken products is a plus.
- Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working in an international environment with cross‑functional teams.
