The company’s Clinical Labelling and Packaging department plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient labeling, packaging, and assembly of medicinal products used in global clinical studies. The team operates in a dynamic, highly regulated environment, committed to delivering high-quality products to patients with precision and teamwork.

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Packaging Operator to join the team in Breda. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual labeling and packaging processes for clinical trial medicinal products. You will ensure that every product is packaged accurately in accordance with SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Perform manual clinical packaging and labeling activities in line with standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Escalate issues or deviations as needed
• Take ownership of all tasks within your scope, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Complete all required training on time, adhering to corporate standards
• Manage batch-related logistics processes to ensure smooth operations
• Support packaging in both room temperature and cold room conditions (2‑8°C) as required

• Experience in manual packaging, preferably within the pharmaceutical or GMP environment
• Strong focus on quality and performance
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team
• Preferably experienced with SAP or MES systems
• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement attitude
