Operator – Clinical Labelling & Packaging

We are looking for an Operator Clinical Labelling & Packaging to support the manual labelling, packaging, and assembly of clinical products for global clinical trials. Working in a GMP-regulated environment, you will ensure products are packaged accurately and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), helping deliver high-quality medicines to patients worldwide.

• Perform manual labelling, packaging, and assembly of clinical products.
• Follow GMP guidelines and SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Execute batch-related logistics and complete required documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and escalate any deviations or issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain training compliance.
• Work collaboratively in both room temperature and occasional cold-room (2–8°C) environments.

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, production, or assembly; GMP/pharma experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment and following procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with SAP and/or MES is an advantage but not required.
