U-Boat Worx in Breda zoekt een Sales & Marketing Director die eindverantwoordelijk is voor de internationale commerciële groei, marktpositionering en het bouwen van een schaalbare sales- en marketingorganisatie.
Je rapporteert aan de directie, leidt een team van circa 5 FTE (uit te breiden tot ongeveer 10) en vertaalt technologische mogelijkheden naar klantwaarde en businesscases, met focus op UBW Naval en defensie en aanvullende omzet uit UBW Explorers.
