IKEA Breda zoekt een parttime Hoofdcaissière Customer Relations (16 uur per week) die zorgt voor een vlotte kassa en betrouwbare geldstromen. Je geeft leiding aan een team en bewaakt de service bij de kassa, in een druk weekendprogramma.
Je werkt met zelfscankassa’s, coacht collega’s, registreert geldstromen en bewaakt het proces volgens de vier-ogenprincipe. Een klantgerichte houding en financiële nauwkeurigheid zijn essentieel in deze rol.
