Als Manager Vers ben je hét gezicht van de versafdelingen en zorg jij ervoor dat klanten altijd tevreden de deur uitgaan. Je bent een expert op het gebied van versproducten en deelt deze kennis met het team.
De winkelvloer is waar jij te vinden bent en bewaakt de kwaliteit van Groente & Fruit, Bakkerij, Markthal en Foodservice. Daarnaast stuur je het team aan, voer je beoordelingsgesprekken en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor het aantrekken van nieuw talent.
