Zozorg in Breda is op zoek naar een Pedagoog in de gehandicaptenzorg om bij te dragen aan het welzijn van cliënten met verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperkingen. De rol omvat het ondersteunen en begeleiden van cliënten en hun omgeving met een focus op inclusiviteit en persoonlijke benaderingen.
Je werkt zowel in woonvoorzieningen als dagbesteding en coördineert ondersteuning in samenwerking met familie en begeleiders. Zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden zijn beschikbaar volgens CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
