Warehouse Coördinator

For an international company operating in a temperature-controlled (cold chain) logistics environment, we are looking for an experienced warehouse professional with leadership skills. You will join a friendly and supportive team with a pleasant, informal working atmosphere, where collaboration and teamwork are key.

In this role, you are an important link within the warehouse operation. You work alongside your colleagues on a daily basis, while also taking responsibility where needed. Your tasks include:

• Coordinating and supporting warehouse staff during daily operations
• Actively working on the warehouse floor
• Monitoring quality, procedures and processes
• Identifying improvements in safety, efficiency and workflows
• Acting as a point of contact within the warehouse when required
