Aboutthe Clinician's Workday
This locum tenens position encompasses both inpatient and clinic-based pediatric pulmonology coverage, with a commitment of 1 - 2 weeks per month beginning in January. Clinic duties are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a patient volume of 15 patients per day. Inpatient hospital coverage runs on a 24-hour shift cycle from Monday at 8:00 AM through the following Monday at 8:00 AM, with call coverage required throughout the assigned week.
Bronchoscopy for urgent needs is a required procedure during on-call periods.
