The Production Associate will be responsible to operate entry level machinery safely and effectively within production environment to produce quality products in accordance with work instructions and customer and industry requirements.
Essential Functions- Primarily responsible for assigned production work.
- Follow work assignments and performance and product quality reporting.
- Communicate with management on daily activities and suggest improvements.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers using verbal, written, and electronic communication.
- Work effectively in a team-environment.
- Work independently and with other team members to solve daily production concerns.
Work independently and within the work team to complete individual and team goals. - Implement daily production planning for multiple task assignments.
- Utilize PLEX applications to accurately complete data entry requirements and access project requirements and specifications.
- Learn, train, and implement production workflow assignments within the team environment.
- Take initiative to explore production alternatives and make recommendations for improving efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with computer information system input and usage.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of times – up to 10 hours a day.
- Ability to lift 5 lbs or more consistently
First Shift hours are 5:30am to 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday.
