Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Wound Care LPN to join the wound care team. You will assess residents with wounds, plan and implement care, and collaborate with the care team to address clinical needs.
This role requires strong wound care skills and attention to documentation. Shifts are on weekends (Saturday and Sunday 7am-3:30pm) with options for every weekend or every other weekend.
