We are looking for a punctual and dependable person with a strong attention to detail who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must be flexible and willing to learn new things as needed. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

- Utilize internal software, including client relationship management (CRM) systems, and be open to learning new programs
- Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades is a plus
- Computer proficiency to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet management, and client relationship management (CRM) software
