Pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr (based on education and experience)

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, and encourage collaboration and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with effective classroom management, modeling positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor environment, address hazards, and follow safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED.
• Background check with fingerprinting.
