Awesome International Retail/Consumer Goods organization is seeking a talented Controller. This is a hands-on leader of 3 talented team members. Enjoy and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. Heavy experience in inventory is the most sought after candidate.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting function.

Lead and own the entirety of the month end close process.

Ensure compliance with local & state taxes.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, implementing strategies for financial stability.

Own all US financial audits including bank covenants.

Assist in the preparation of the budget.

Research US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements as needed.

In-depth knowledge of inventory.

High level of integrity, strong work ethic and confidentiality.

Detail oriented with strong analytical skills including advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

5+ years of relevant work experience in a consumer-goods industry or manufacturing.

In-depth knowledge of Inventory.

3+ years of MS Dynamics NAV experience, preferred in a multi-currency environment.

Comp is to 150K
