• Budget Management:
  Develop, implement, and monitor the budget for Bremerton inactive ship operations.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all financial operations comply with Navy regulations, federal contracts, and company policies.
• Cash Flow Management:
  Monitor and maintain optimal cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Financial Systems:
  Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and software.
• Training and Development:
  Train staff in financial processes, tools, and best practices.
• Performance Metrics:
  Develop and monitor financial KPIs for site operations.
• Contract Financial Management:
  Manage financial aspects of government contracts, including CPFF and FFP agreements.
• Financial Policy Development:
  Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures
• Exemplify and promote corporate core values.
• Strategic Planning Support:
  Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with operational objectives

• At least 5 years of experience in budgeting and cost analysis, including financial management responsibilities
• Knowledge of government contracting and the financial requirements associated with federal contracts.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and explain financial information clearly to leadership and government customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using financial systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A valid state driver's license and qualification to operate government or company vehicles for required site duties.
• Position requires a SECRET Security Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Navy, DoD, maritime, or other federal contracting operations.
• Familiarity with CPFF and FFP contract financial management.
• Experience supervising or leading finance and accounting staff.
