Job Description

• Evaluate patients and develop customized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
• Work with inpatient and outpatient populations to improve strength, balance, and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain up-to-date clinical records
• Support overall patient wellness while adhering to facility and industry standards

Education and Certification Requirements

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or BSPT) from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required (inpatient and outpatient preferred)
• Epic charting experience preferred but not required
