You’ll join a caring, supportive therapy team where you are valued both as a clinician and as a person.

In this part-time PTA role, you will help residents maximize mobility and independence through:

• Working with a variety of residents, including those with clinical complexity

• Performing and assisting with safe transfers

• Providing mobility and gait re‑training

• Supporting treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Collaborating with nursing and therapy staff to ensure high-quality care

Need support in any skill area? We offer competency training and mentorship tailored to your needs.

We prefer PTAs with 1+ year of SNF or ALF experience
, but we welcome passionate, compassionate clinicians who are:

• Licensed PTA in Washington (or soon to be)

• Graduates of an accredited PTA program

• Organized, positive, and proactive

• Truly committed to the geriatric population
