BCBA – Part‑time

At Red House Behavior Resources, our priority is delivering individualized, high‑quality services while supporting a thriving environment for BCBAs and RBTs. For over a decade, we’ve impacted individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

We give BCBAs the freedom to choose cases that align with their clinical expertise, preferred location, and client age group. They can also approve behavior technicians before beginning any case.

• Develop individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and initial/ongoing assessments.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and adjust interventions based on data.
• Provide in‑person supervision and training to RBTs and monthly caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate data records, complete progress reports as required by the funding source.

• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative ability.
