Licensed Associate Therapist (W2) – Child, Teen & Family Focus

Center for Child and Family Therapy is seeking a licensed associate therapist who wants to grow into private practice with strong clinical support. Our work focuses on children, teens, and families. Experience with this population is helpful but not required—clinicians motivated to build these skills are encouraged to apply.

This position is ideal for associates who want consistent referrals, high-quality supervision, and a sustainable caseload. This role is a good fit for clinicians who want to actively build and maintain a consistent caseload.

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families
• Build and manage a caseload based on your availability
• Participate in weekly individual supervision
• Attend monthly group psychiatric consultation
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning

Clinical sessions: $45/hour with an additional $5/hour for play therapy sessions

Non-clinical time (supervision, documentation, meetings): $25/hour

Caseload is flexible based on the number of days you choose to work

Preferred caseload range: 20–30 clients per week once established

Weekly individual supervision (included)

Play therapy–specific supervision with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor available (optional, not required)

Administrative support and established referral base (35+ years in the community)

Opportunity to develop skills working with children, teens, and families

Optional pathway toward Registered Play Therapist credential with supervision support

W2 employee position

In-person sessions in Bremerton and Port Orchard offices

Telehealth available based on client needs

Collaborative and supportive team environment

Large group room available for group therapy and meetings

Part or Full-time

6-10 hour shifts

Monday–Friday, with optional weekend availability
