As a Housekeeping Lead
, you’ll work alongside your team to maintain top‑notch guest accommodations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide, train, and support Housekeeping Attendants—while keeping an eye on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

• Communicate shift instructions from supervisors and monitor team performance
• Perform room and common area inspections and track cleaning progress
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Issue supplies and keep storerooms clean, stocked, and organized
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely and effectively
• Uphold OSHA and NHG safety protocols, including during emergencies or inclement weather
• Step into a leadership role in the absence of the supervisor

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred; leadership experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety procedures, and guest service practices
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• 6 months housekeeping experience
• Leadership and/or training experience
