Job Summary for Staff Registered Nurse (Dialysis) – Puget Sound Kidney Centers

- Oversee delivery of dialysis treatment and patient care in a chronic, in-center setting
- Provide education to dialysis patients on treatment and care plans
- Supervise and support Dialysis Technicians during patient care
- Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and individual care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and respond to changes in condition
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
- Work flexible shifts (AM/PM, 10-13 hours) Monday through Saturday as needed
- Rotate between peninsula clinic locations:
Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend
- Maintain required licensure and certifications (WA RN License or Multi-State Compact, BLS/CPR)
- Requires minimum 1 year of nursing experience and previous dialysis experience
- Preferred:
Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings

Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
