About the Opportunity
This role is part of Warfare Systems, a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division, supporting cyber, electronic warfare, and C5

ISR systems. The program will launch in early 2026 and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

HII’s Mission Technologies division delivers cutting‑edge national security solutions. This position within the Cyber and Intelligence division supports enterprise‑level security, modernising IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations across government and federal agency partners.

• Guard, patrol, and police industrial premises to protect property and staff against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry, and other hazards.
• Periodically tour premises, inspect doors, windows, gates, and equipment, report irregularities, and authorize entry.
• Examine credentials of personnel seeking access to restricted areas.

• Security Officer 1:
  High School Diploma or equivalent, 0 years experience.
• Security Officer 2:
  High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years related experience.
• Security Officer 3:
  High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years related experience, certification required.
• Security Officer 4:
  High School Diploma or equivalent, 7 years related experience, certification required.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start.

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
• Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
