Position Overview:

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll help homeowners diagnose, repair, and maintain their plumbing systems while providing a high level of customer service. You'll enjoy the independence of working in the field while remaining connected to a knowledgeable office staff and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance services and fixture installations
• Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally
• Generate accurate estimates and work orders
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through honest, solution-focused service
• Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Participate in company training, meetings, and professional development programs
• Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Washington State Plumbing License (
  PL01 or PL02
  ) required, or currently licensed in another state with the ability to obtain Washington licensing
• At least two years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas while lifting up to 80 pounds
• Signing Bonus -Up to $5000 available for qualified applicants
• Income Potential - Commission based compensation structure with typical earnings from $60,000 - $100,000+ annually.
