Co-occurring Disorders (COD) Team Supervisor - Pathways

Hiring Range:
This position has a compensation range that spans the threshold for Washington State, which means that this position may be classified as either non-exempt (hourly) or exempt (salaried), depending on the candidate’s qualifications, including education, experience, and other relevant factors.

Non-Exempt (Hourly): $34.96 - $37.47 per hour

Exempt (Salaried): $77,968.80 - $89,648.00 per year

$3,000 Sign On Bonus

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Co-occurring Disorders (COD) Team Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical support to a talented group of COD therapists and care coordinators within the Pathways Program. In this integral role, you’ll guide team members in delivering high-quality integrated treatment, support program development, promote continuity of care, and maintain a small direct service caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically skilled supervisor committed to supporting co-occurring treatment, multidisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent direction and to COD team members with a focus on high‑quality clinical care and continuity of services.
  • Assess and provide feedback on adolescent treatment program needs with attention to program development and improvement.
  • Supervise and assist staff in coordinating effective, timely, patient-centered, culturally competent, and age-appropriate services.
  • Support staff in providing clinical interventions and coordinating referrals with other providers to meet treatment and level-of-care needs.
  • Provide direct services to an assigned COD caseload using recommended substance use treatment practices.
  • Monitor COD treatment plans to ensure alignment with agency standards.
  • Support ongoing training for COD team members.
  • Support staff use of motivational interviewing, stages of change theory, harm reduction, stage‑wise treatment strategies, and other behavioral interventions.
