Location: Bremerton, WA Area

Pay: $25/hour – $37.50/hour for overtime

The Property/Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, storing, and maintaining accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in a warehouse or secure facility environment. This role supports operational readiness by ensuring accurate inventory control and proper documentation of all property movements.

• Receive, inspect, label, and process incoming materials, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or property management systems
• Issue and track property to personnel, projects, and field locations
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic and annual inventories
• Prepare documentation such as receiving reports, transfers, and discrepancy forms
• Organize, store, and stage materials following warehouse best practices
• Load/unload materials and support shipping and receiving operations
• Identify shortages, overages, or damaged goods and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment

• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or property management experience
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (certifications preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely
• Must pass required background checks and site access requirements
