Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Integrated Water Services (IWS) is hiring a Field Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support our growing manufacturing operations in Brenham and Austin, Texas. This role will lead facility assessments, investigations, corrective actions, safety training, regulatory readiness, and safety culture initiatives across multiple locations.

• Significant manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments
• A CSHO or equivalent professional safety credential
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• The ability to influence employees and leaders at every organizational level

Primary location: Brenham, Texas

Base salary: $100,000 to $125,000
