Job Description
- Work in both office and lab environments to support product design, testing, and development activities.
- Design or modify products using engineering judgment, company standards, and knowledge of applications.
- Assist with prototypes, lab and agency testing, and apply sound engineering practices to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers on technical matters and design reviews.
- Recommend design and process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare and present test results, manage engineering changes, and provide ongoing support for existing products.

- Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
- Pursuing a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or above
Prior internship or related work experience - Basic understanding of simple mechanical systems
- Familiarity with use of basic hands and small power tools
