Woodforest National Bank, a privately owned, employee‑owned bank, is looking for a Teller Retail Banker to enhance customer experience and grow bank relationships in the Brenham, Texas area.

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that benefit customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns consistently with the Woodforest Experience training.

Branch Banking – Full‑time – Texas, Brenham (WM‑0353)

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Full‑time.

• No.

• Little to no overnight travel. Based on occasional business need, may be expected to cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch.

• Standing most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
